Mexican Officials to Patrol Staten Island in Response to Potentially Hate Crimes While 30k Are Murdered in Mexico Annually

So, Mexico is posting additional personnel in Staten Island to assist in the diffusing and investigation of "racially" driven attacks in the name of protecting their citizens, while drug cartels are murdering their citizens WITHIN their country.
